Tend Industrial Supplies LLC Return Policy

At Tend Industrial Supplies LLC ("Tend"), we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our website and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to the "Order History" tab.
  3. Find the order containing the item you wish to return and click on the "Return" button.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return process.

Return Options

  • Drop-off Returns: You may return the item at any of our designated drop-off locations.
  • Mail Returns: Items can also be returned by mail. Please note that you are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label. Alternatively, Tend offers the option to generate a pre-paid return label for a fee to enhance customer convenience.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in a resalable condition, which includes:

  • Being in the original packaging with all original tags and instructions.
  • Free of damage and wear beyond normal handling.
  • Clean and complete with all original parts.

Examples of Resalable Condition:

  • A new, unopened item.
  • A used item that is clean, undamaged, and complete with all its original parts and packaging.

Non-Resalable Items:

  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original packaging.
  • Used or worn items beyond normal handling.
  • Items not inspected and approved by Tend upon return.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Will be processed within 4 days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original form of payment.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange a returned item for another of equal or greater value by following the return procedure and placing a new order.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance items.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Items that do not match their description upon return, ensuring accuracy in our product descriptions and customer expectations.
