Let me start off by saying. I absolutely love this gun. It is powerful enough to do everything from lug nuts to crank bolts to suspension work etc. I am a professional technician that works for a dealership. I haven’t had any problems with it. It’s very compact, extremely LIGHT! I gave it 5 stars. The forward and reverse setting is also quite responsive.

I got this impact wrench a while back and have been using this daily for a few months now and I actually really like it. I do rotates and oil changes about 40 hrs a week and this product does great. Personally I like how quiet and lightweight it is. Torque capabilities have never been a concern.

This tool is a must have for any apprentice technician or professionals to own. It's very light and powerful. I bought this for my first year of my automotive training. I wanted a lighter gun to remove lug nuts since the lugs were only torqued to 90 ft/lbs this removes the lug nuts with no problem! Super fast and light. Never had any issues with using it for brake and suspension work. It gets the Job done! I Totally recommend it.

Great impact wrench! Plenty of power and extremely reliable for everyday use. I use mine daily at the dealership, everything from rotating tires to removing subframe and crank pulley bolts. And it does the job brilliantly. This gun in my professional opinion is perfect for the automotive world. It will remove 95% of nuts and bolts on cars. I have had it for several months now, the grip is comfortable, it's extremely light compared to other similar brands.

I'm new to auto repairs and don't have a lot of experience with these tools prior to using this one, however I found the power of this tool to be quite substantial. Handled my standard lug nuts perfectly. Good build quality, find myself using it a lot around the shop.
