Awesome tool, it works much quicker than my previous orbit sander, which didn't have a way to attach a vacuum, so I use a fan to blow the dust away from the work (and me). But this particular sander has a nice built-in exhaust to direct the dust away from you, making it much easier to operate and If you put the compressor in a separate room, it makes for very quiet sanding.

This seemingly basic tool is a beast. I usually use a broad belt sander at work to clean up entry doors, but recently I was given a task for a 4 foot wide door, which was a little too large to fit through my sander. I chose this option instead of utilizing our 5" orbital sanders to sand the entire thing. We were able to save hours of work and it costs just $40 ... Absolute steal.

This sander is very well built with excellent quality, you do need a lot of air to make it work flawlessly but if you got the air compressor to do it, it's one of the best tools out there I definitely would recommend it for other people.

This really is a great tool all things considered, the rotary action of the sander makes it smooth and easy to use on delicate surfaces. Jobs like feather edging, metal preparation and blending body filler are a work in the park for this sander. Great product.

I have used this exact orbital sander for some time now off and on for my side line business. I do lots of stripping paint, shaping fiberglass and body filler. I especially like how quick you can shape a panel with this tool, not to mention the side exhaust and built-in speed regulator makes this tool very easy to control.
