Very good product, works exactly as advertised and arrived quickly after I ordered it. Noise and vibration levels are manageable but if you're going to be using them for extended periods it's advisable that you invest in some mechanical gloves and earmuffs.

I've always been a bit skeptical about using and buying chinese made tools and I'm always trying to get american made ones. So you can imagine my surprise to find out the impact I have been using at work was actually made in china and I have had no complaints with it whatsoever. I have since gotten some new impact wrenches and other tools from shinano. The quality is well above the price tag.

This is a very nice tool! Works perfectly, high build quality especially with the pressure regulators, not to mention the long nose makes it easy to use a flip socket for wheels. Lots of power and torque.

I have been a bus mechanic for quite some time now and I had a hand me down twenty year old version of this tool that finally broke some time ago. Initially I was worried that the newer versions wouldn't be made quite as well. However I took the plunge and got it and I have been pleasantly surprised that the new one holds up just as well. Definitely recommend.

Great impact, lots of power, I haven’t found anything it can’t break free yet. Making it a good impact for at home or professional use especially for the price compared to other similar products.
