We are committed to processing and delivering orders efficiently. The shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates available for your order are shown at checkout.

Shipping destinations

We ship within the United States and to eligible international destinations when a carrier quote is available at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Some products, suppliers, or destinations may have additional restrictions.

Shipping costs

• United States: Orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold are charged the live USPS rate shown at checkout.
• Free U.S. shipping: Eligible orders totaling $400 or more ship free.
• Maryland, New Jersey, and North Carolina: Eligible orders totaling $300 or more ship free.

Thresholds are based on merchandise value after discounts and before taxes. Product-specific fixed shipping charges, oversized-item charges, supplier restrictions, and destination restrictions may override the standard rules. The checkout total is the authoritative shipping charge for each order.

Order processing

In-stock items normally ship within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Special-order, supplier-direct, or temporarily unavailable items may require additional processing time; we will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, U.S. delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, supplier-direct shipments, and special-order products may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates and can change because of carrier delays, weather, customs, or other conditions outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email the carrier and tracking number after the order ships. Some orders may arrive in more than one shipment.

Damaged shipments

If an order arrives damaged, contact us promptly and retain the product, packaging, and shipping label. Photographs may be requested so we can assist with the carrier or supplier claim.

Shipping eligibility does not change the requirements in our Return Policy. Review that policy for return eligibility, procedures, responsibility for return shipping, and refund timelines.
