Powerful stuff, this tool! Ergonomics were undoubtedly considered while designing the handle because of how great it feels. No matter how quickly you're using the tool, the position of the lever enables a firm grasp. It also has excellent adjustability and feels really good and firm. It does not whip your palm around as a fastener tightens, unlike cheap air ratchets I've used in the past.

Excellent performance as you would expect from Shinano. This power tool works wonderfully, and the pricing makes it an even better choice. I've used several of their power tools in the past without any problems. This one in particular is very well made and feels premium in your hand. Great product.

Actually, it's not a horrible ratchet at all. It has good power, is lighter than I had anticipated, and appears to be well-made. It did the job perfectly when I used it at work for a few projects. If I'm being really honest, I've used air ratchets that were more powerful, but this one isn't a slouch, and because of its size, it's easy to use in small spaces.

This ratchet wrench is of excellent quality. It's also quite quiet in comparison to my other ratchet wrenches, which is great, the weight is evenly distributed along the body making it feel light and balanced. It performs great too and is trustworthy. The torque and speed are excellent, particularly when you consider the cost.

This is the air ratchet to get if torque is very important to you, because it packs quite a punch. It's a bit more compact than a typical 3/8 air ratchet, but I can assure you that this particular product will give you the best bang for your buck. I've been using this device to remove old, rusty brake line fittings and lug nuts pretty consistently since the first week it arrived, and it hasn't even flinched.
